Carrots honey glazed
Ingredients
- 300 g carrots peeled and thinly sliced
Glaze
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 tbs honey
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook carrots until tender in a saucepan with water, steam or microwave
Glaze
- Combine, sugar, butter, honey and seasoning in a saucepan over low heat
- Stir to blend
- Remove from heat
- Toss in carrot. Serve
