Avocado with cheesy chives

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbs mayo or aioli
  • 1 lemon or lime
  • 2 tsp grated parmesan cheese
  • black pepper
  • 2 tbs chopped chives
  • 2 avocado peeled and ripe

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl mix mayo or aioli, squeeze of lime or lemon juice, grated parmesan cheese, black pepper and chopped chives
  • Cut two peeled, ripe  avocado into chunks
  • Toss in the mayo mix
    Serve on a lettuce leaf, with battered or  steamed fish
