Egg and cheese topping

For Vegetable, Seafood or Minced Beef Bakes
Prep Time 10 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 duck eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup grated tasty cheese

Instructions
 

  • Heat eggs until hot
  • Beat eggs in a bowl and whisk through hot milk and cook over low heat until a custard consistency
  • Gently stir in cheese
  • Pour over vegetables or seafood, or minced beef and vegetables.  Bake in moderately hot oven for 15 – 20 mins
