Omelette with mushrooms
Ingredients
- 2 duck eggs
- 3 tsp cold water
- salt and pepper
- ½ tsp dried sage
- 4 button mushrooms, sliced thickly
- 1 tsp aioli
- 1 tsp sour cream
- 1 tsp water
- 1 tsp bbq sauce
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Lightly mix in a bowl, duck eggs, cold water, salt and pepper, dried sage
- In a pan place butter, mushrooms, sliced thickly. Add aioli , sour cream, 1 tsp water, bbq sauce, salt and pepper. Saute over low heat until warmed through
- Warm a greased frying pan, over medium heat. Cook Omelette
- Serve with mushroom topping
