Cabbage and beef mince chow mein

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp oil or butter
  • 1 onion sliced and chopped
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 1 stick celery sliced
  • 1 cup beans sliced
  • 500 g minced beef or pork or veal
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • ¼ cup soup noodles or fine noodles

Instructions
 

  • Warm oil/butter in a large pot with a lid
  • Add curry powder and cook for one minute
  • Add Onion and mince meat to brown
  • Add carrots and celery
  • Stir quickly
  • Add cabbage and stir quickly
  • Stir in Soy sauce. Cook for 15mins
  • Add beans and noodles. Cook ten minutes
  • You can freeze the Chow mien or store leftovers in refrigerator for  a few days
