Omelette with mushrooms

Ingredients
  

  • 2 duck eggs
  • 3 tsp cold water
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ tsp dried sage
  • 4 button mushrooms, sliced thickly
  • 1 tsp aioli
  • 1 tsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 tsp bbq sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Lightly mix in a bowl, duck eggs, cold water, salt and pepper, dried sage
  • In a pan place butter, mushrooms, sliced thickly. Add aioli , sour cream, 1 tsp water, bbq sauce, salt and pepper. Saute over low heat until warmed through
  • Warm a greased frying pan, over medium heat.  Cook Omelette
  • Serve with mushroom topping
