Banana and oat pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 very soft bananas
- 2 duck eggs
- ¼ cup cream
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup quick oats
- ½ tsp cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbs self raising flour
- 1 tbs sugar and a pinch of salt
Instructions
- Place all dry ingredients in a bowl. Stir to mix
- Mix dry and wet ingredients together
- Heat lightly greased frying pan
- Cook over medium heat
- Store cooled pancakes two in a freezer bag and freezer. Will store for several months
