Sauteed spice turnips

Ingredients
  

  • 10 baby turnips, chopped into bite size pieces
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • a pinch smoked paprika
  • a pinch turmeric
  • 4 tbs olive oil or lemon oil
  • black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place baby turnips into simmering water over low to medium heat. Cook gently until a little tender  3-5mins
  • Plum into cold water. Drain and pat dry
  • In a large pan over low temperature, heat oil. Add garlic, black pepper and spices. cook 1 min
  • Add turnips. Toss until  coated.  Cook until turnips have crisp edges
