Caramel pineapple for Pancakes and Waffles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbs butter
  • 2 tsp yoghurt
  • 2 tbs dark brown sugar
  • 400 g pineapple, sliced or chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, over low heat, melt butter and yoghurt together
  • Add dark brown sugar
  • Place pineapple in the pan and toss in the sauce until browned
  • Roll up pancakes with pineapple as a filling, top with whipped cream and melted dark chocolate.
    Top a waffle with caramel pineapple and a scoop of vanilla or passionfruit ice cream
